Joann Yarrow | Executive Director
Joann Yarrow is a professional director and producer with over 35 years of experience collaborating with creative teams globally. She specializes in story development across serval platforms, working in projects that connect with audiences around the world. Navigating between film, animation and stage, Joann also mentors at ADA Animation in Nairobi, Kenya, and is the Director for Community Engagement and Education at Syracuse Stage in New York.
Joann is the founder of Distinctive Voices, LLC, focusing on story development and production. She was the Artistic Director of Teatro Prometeo in Miami, co-founded A Laboratory for Actor Training with Vernice Miller, and worked for Hal Prince on several Broadway productions.
Brad Beckman works nationally and internationally as a writing and narrative mentor. He is an award-winning playwright, a published writer and editor in prose and Drama Editor for the Stone Canoe Literary Journal. He’s worked in the entertainment industry for over 35 years and worked extensively in NYC in the theater. He is also a certified teacher and trainer of the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique and currently teaches acting at Syracuse University.
